About Antalya

Antalya is a city that many people would enjoy, particularly for its culture. The beaches are clean. Some with fine sand, some with pebbly sand. The beach to the east is covered with golden sands and many people find this beach pleasant. There is plenty to do at the beaches and they are equipped with sunbeds and parasols. You will find plenty of luxurious hotels in Antalya. Many hotels are themed and you will find a lot of all-inclusive options.

Antalya - Plenty Of Cuisines On Offer

Obviously, there are plenty of Turkish restaurants around, however you will also find many other cuisines available. There will be a lot of Italian foods, as well as some seafood, British food and Chinese food. There is some nightlife which can be found down by the harbour. You will find clothing, jewellery and souvenirs in the shops around you. When it comes to public transport, you will not be disappointed. There is a minibus network that will take you around, as well as many taxis in the area. You also have the option of hiring a car or scooter.

Antalya - Hot Summer Weather

Antalya sees its best temperatures in July and August. During these months, it is highly likely that the temperature will go above 30°C and it has even been known to reach 45°C. The coldest month is January. You are likely to see temperatures range between 6°C and 10°C. There are over 300 days of pure sunshine and clear blue skies in Antalya which is one of the reasons why it is so popular. The winters can still be warm, although there is a higher chance of rain. There is also a sea breeze that helps keep the humidity levels down and helps maintain temperatures to keep you cooler.
